Indicated for hemostasis, repair, and healing of skin wounds, mucosal wounds, and surgical incisions; may help inhibit scar formation.

After debridement and disinfection of the wound, apply this product (standard type, or dressing type, or film-coated type core) to the injured wound surface, press gently, and bandage using conventional methods if necessary. Carboxymethyl chitosan non-woven fabric has adhesive properties after absorbing fluid, allowing natural adhesion to moist wound surfaces such as oral mucosal wounds (e.g., oral ulcers). The product can be trimmed according to wound size; for larger wounds, multiple pieces can be applied together to completely cover the wound surface.

Use with caution in patients with chitosan allergy.

This product is a Class II medical device; prohibited for internal surgical use.
